Terms & Conditions
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance paid at check-in.
- Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.
- No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms, there is a designated smoking area outside.
- We have a limited number of pet friendly rooms, please indicate at time of booking - $30 per pet per night will be added. (Max 2 dogs per room).
Pets are not permitted to be left in the room alone. - We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
- A fee will be charged for any damage to the room or items that are missing, which will be assessed immediate upon checkout.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
Cancellation Policies
- A cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to check in for a full deposit refund.
- A credit card fee may be withheld from the refund.
- Date changes must be made at least 2 days in advance.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the following two nights will not be refundable.
- In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
